What is the difference between Windows 32 and Windows Vista 64-bit?
My comp setup: AMD Athlon64 3000 +, DDR400 RAM 1 GB, 120 GB Seagate 7200 rpm HDD, DVD ± RW Sony. Power run 64bit Vista Beta? I already got the DVD of 64 and 32 bit versions.
The 64-bit Vista procsers only run 64-bit I think is the Athlon64. At worst, if you tried to install the program it would be a mistake, and you have to start with 32 bits in place. Unlikely that this would harm to your PC. The 64-bit version has been expanded to use 64-bit and (possibly when they enter the market) 64-bit programs. There is currently no bits there are 64 programs available. With the current trend to be dual processors heart and away from 64-bit one, remains to be seen whether the 64-bit programs are never on the market. However, as the 64 Bit Vista is fully compatible with existing 32-bit software, if you have it installed, you should always be able to present and future use 32-bit program, if 64-bit abandoned.
