Where to place a cable box to a wall mount for flat screen TV?
I just downloaded and installed a new TV 42 "flat screen above my fireplace. Being a cable company high-definition TV forces me to use my decoder to receive the HD signal. But now I do not understand a good place to put the decoder. Where I can put the decoder without Search site or clumsy? I just put the receiver somewhere else in the room, but it is the only solution for cable cord originally when the television is now. (House This new cable is connected to this place specifically for a screen plate.) The family has no coat well. Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.
The TV must have an HD tuner for cable. You can know if you search the back of a slot marked "cable card." You should be able to get card from your cable company that allows you to receive programs HD without a box. Going this route will save money too because they know it or not, your cable company is charging a monthly "rent" box. In fact, the difference in price paid by my high definition package.
